RYAN Farrell will be one to watch when the WA Sprintcar Championship is held at the Perth Motorplex next Saturday night.
The championship will also be round one of the AHG Easy As 123 Triple Crown - a mini series to round out the 2015-16 season.
Farrell has won seven championships and will be gunning for title number eight.
If he does finish on the top step of the podium it will also be his first feature race win of the season – a season that has been testing as he has settled into a new team.
Farrell has shown a lot of promise in recent outings and it goes without saying that he knows how to perform in big-time races.
Farrell is one of 27 drivers locked into the battle for the 410 championship and just to make things more interesting, he will also be contesting the 360 WA title that will be held on the same night.
Fast facts: Farrell’s wins were in 1999-00, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2012-13.
